Just Some Ideas

I just hosted this site on a Windows VPS (Virtual Private Server) on the internet that I lease anyway. I keep this system leased so that I can test out different technologies when I need to.

I've been developing this in asp.net/c#. This is a common language set that thousands of developers understand.

This is data-driven using an SQLLite database, which is fine for the simple system that it is currently, but it will port over fairly easily to a full-blown database.

I would advise running critical web servers, like this, on two different boxes running virtual machines with backups and rapid spin up abilities to keep things running smoothly.

I haven't set up user access to keep people from editing things that they shouldn't, but that sort of thing can be added.

While developing this, I discovered that what is needed is a kind of 'Factory Joomla' sort of application. The goal, like Joomla, would be to have content pages that people can add as needed, but in a factory, communications is a key factor that deeply affects the bottom line. This type of application could be fit to every factory that Romac has and save the company millions, in my opinion.

I've been working with the Opus Agent to get a plan to expand what we have now. Below, are two links to download items. The first link is a .mm and the second link is the Freeplane app to view the mind map. It is just a direction to go in, and will require some planning, but I personally believe that it is a good direction.
